14-Day Return Policy: Return & Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery or the date of receiving your order, whichever is confirmed first.
Received a damaged or wrong item? We'll issue a full refund once your claim is approved.
Changed your mind? No worries. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original sealed, unused condition with all accessories included. Please note return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, followed by delivery within 5–15 business days. Free shipping on every order. If you'd like to return an item for a reason other than damage or defect (e.g. change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to a small customs processing fee, payable directly to the courier by the customers upon delivery.
